Quilibrium is an Australian based organisation providing innovative solutions to saltwater farmers globally.

The company was founded in 2021 by a small founder group of specialists with diverse technical, business and regional engagement backgrounds. The Founding team are self-motivated to contribute our expertise in building strong relationships, open and equitable IP, including systems design, to the world of

community-scale sustainable aquaculture.

To quote the Founder of Quilibrium, Miki Shapiro:

Our core IP is specialised ocean farming floats and mountable farming equipment.

This equipment enables a technology layer to do real time monitoring of the site, environmental conditions and crops.

Around this core IP we foster projects which deliver low-cost, high volume ocean farming of saltwater plants by helping grower networks equip themselves with the appropriate tools and skills to build a sustainable business.

We are working on two streams of activity:

1. Community organisations engaged in, or moving towards, ocean farming projects as customers

2. Industry, academia and government joint ventures focused on community-scale sustainable aquaculture as partners to deliver oversight, funding and support services to our customers
